Michelle works with individuals in person, by phone, and/or online to identify barriers, implement new strategies, and provide ongoing support as you change negative habits into positive ones. Michelle resides with her family in Northeast Ohio.

Michelle Beers is a Certified Health Coach by the American Council of Exercise, a NSCA – Certified Fitness Trainer, and has certification by the American Red Cross for Adult/Child/CPR/AED/First Aid
